It’s that time of year again—when we plan, scheme, and dream about what’s next ✨
I keep reminding myself to pace myself. Somehow I forget daily that the mountain-sized list I wrote last night won’t be conquered in a single day… yet I still try 😅⛰️
More than anything, this year I want to remember that I accomplished way more last year than I ever believed possible the January before it. And here we are again—new year, new goals—and I still wrestle with believing in what’s possible.
But I’m going to try 💪
I’m going to pace myself during the day while still striving to break the glass ceiling in my own mind that this year and its goals represent.

Riverfront Carousel is free on Christmas Eve!! So much fun and a beautiful day here in Salem. Isn't that a cool thing to make the carousel free to all on Chris eve? And a beautiful park to stretch your legs and rub the kiddos.

Are you taking care of yourself during your home purchase or sale?
Sometimes I'm so busy I find it hard to get to the gym. But I can usually get in a 15-minute walk between clients.
I find that buying and selling can be stressful sometimes for my clients or me. Hopefully this helps remind you that you are valuable and worthy of care.

The easiest home selling tip for 2023 is to make it FUN!...
After all. How many times do you get to sell something for a 1/2 million+ and then go buy even more?
Not often.
I find that everyone has more fun and less stress when they are prepared to sell and not caught flat footed.
