to be honest i'm a bit low on motivation to upload videos right now. i still have a couple mostly completed but i don't know when i wanna upload them (and i'm becoming less and less proud of one of those each day ngl)

i'm gonna be completely honest and say that using my friend's name for the sake of interaction bait is not at all a respectful way to pay tribute to someone. guys, please don't do this...
fellow non-american defeatubers, do you guys think we should normalize using more characters from media originating from our respective countries?
i, for example, am from the philippines. admittedly i don't really consume much filipino media but i also really want to use villains from movies and shows from my country, i think they should be fun to use in our videos and all :p
something i've never expressed ever in here until sort of recently is how i never liked the lack of preservation in this community when it comes to updated videos. because at times, i liked the original iteration of the video, but when the video is updated? poof. gone forever. for most of my defeatuber career i've essentially avoided doing that at all costs and just unlist the video instead... i'm quite glad i've seen a couple more people do this now lol
shrek 5 doesn't really look that bad ngl. yeah the designs have changed a *little* but honestly they basically switched to the last wish art style lol (comparison of puss from the shrek films and from his first movie)
also i don't really think y'all should expect the art style to stay exactly the same after like 10 years tbh 😭
