CPKC 7013 passed today in Northbrook in the CP heritage Maroon & Grey Script Scheme, then Metra 510 passed it with an MDN to Grayslake. Both with friendly drivers! (:

Some pictures from my latest video from Glenview (W-Lake Ave) and Northbrook (6th and 7th of September), where I attempted to catch CPKC 250, but the train got really delayed. I still ended up catching it in Northbrook quickly after hearing it departed, making it my first America 250 locomotive!

Little updates in this busy time for me:
- Made it to Chicago a few hours ago!
- I plan to post a best of Germany from my time (2021 -2026) in the coming days.
- And then I'll be in California, next week. Whether I get a chance to see some trains in California, I don't know, but if so I'll try to post.
- Then I start recording videos from the Chicagoland area, posting a bit less frequent than before, also on occasion I have unposted videos from Germany I will post.

Well the day has come, here some photos from my last trainspotting day in Germany after living here 5 years. When this posts I will be on my way to Chicago. Also video on my channel has all the recorded trains, from locations Düsseldorf Wehrhahn, D-Rath, D-Hamm, and Ratingen West.

Nun ist es also soweit: Hier sind ein paar Fotos von meinen letzten Zügen in Deutschland, nachdem ich fünf Jahre hier gelebt habe. Wenn dieser Beitrag erscheint, werde ich bereits auf dem Weg nach Chicago sein. Hey all, I unfortunately am announcing my departure from Germany... 😥
In just about a month from now I will be moving back to the United States and my time in Germany is over for now. I have been here since late 2020 and have had a great time spotting trains, especially in recent years since I started my channel.

As for content, I will still upload for those interested, as it also keeps me busy (;
Video uploads will be mostly US trains now and uploads will probably be less frequent, but I will still sometimes upload some past unpublished videos from Germany from time to time.
Thanks for all the support, it's been great! 😊

Hallo zusammen, leider muss ich euch mitteilen, dass ich Deutschland verlasse… 😥
In etwa einem Monat werde ich zurück in die USA ziehen, und meine Zeit in Deutschland ist vorerst vorbei. Ich bin seit Ende 2020 hier und habe eine tolle Zeit damit verbracht, Züge zu beobachten, besonders in den letzten Jahren, seit ich meinen Kanal gestartet habe.

Was die Inhalte angeht, werde ich weiterhin Videos für alle Interessierten hochladen, da mich das beschäftigt hält (;
Die Videos werden nun hauptsächlich Züge aus den USA zeigen und wahrscheinlich weniger häufig erscheinen, aber ich werde auch ab und zu einige bisher unveröffentlichte Videos aus Deutschland hochladen.
Vielen Dank für all die Unterstützung – es war großartig! 😊
