3 Years Ago Today, I made a decision to drop “ALL” dead weight in my life that no longer served me. So I started focusing on myself and my health….

Fast forward today 🕰️ I am 80 lbs lighter and feeling much better, while absolutely loving who I’ve become.

Some may say I looked fine, but my health was on the line……..

The point of it all is:

“YOU CAN” achieve anything You 🫵🏾 put your mind to as long as you stay focused, loyal and pour love 💕 into yourself.

And even if you fall down, don’t stay down cause YOU HAVE THE VICTORY over your life 💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾

I saw this post and saw how so many people are in agreement with it & thought to myself “HOW MANY PEOPLE ARE IN ALIGNMENT TO RECEIVE THIS”

As of GOD doesn’t do-it everyday of your life….

A lot of us are really becoming blasphemous and disrespectful to GOD to be this disconnected to what HE CAN DO & WHO HE IS EVERYDAY”.

WE WORK FOR GOD

GOD works through us but you have to be a willing vessel that chooses to answer the call 📱

This weekend, I decided to do more healing so I colored.

It was sooooo therapeutic as I stayed focused on the present moment…..

I will continue to do so as needed to remind myself that life isn’t always about being serious, living in the past or anxious about the future.

Children natural state of being is not to have a care in the World.

This is your reminder to treat yourself to something as simple as a pair of socks.

I am grateful for what many may think is small.
This is BIG to me because it’s what I find pleasure in.

Self care isn’t just about hair, nails, massages, etc.

It’s about finding something that makes you happy & putting a smile on your own face before expecting anyone else to make you happy. 😊

Be intentional about finding what makes you happy too 🙃🤩🥰
