Hello friends, In this channel, we (myself Puja & my husband Dr. Prabhash) are explaining and trying to make valid points about child growth, brain development of children, and impacts of food, environment, parenting, social interactions on the progressive development of children's mind & body. Moreover, we will present our knowledge of child development, preventive measures for abnormal growth of child development.

Dr. Prabhash Kumar is a nutritionist. He will present you about the chemistry and physiology of brain development accompanied with the roles of food, environment , positive psychology over the cognitive development of early childhood, school age kids and adults as well.

Previously I worked as an educational consultant at Delhi & Ranchi. Currently I am a full time mother for our daughter Prajna, Child Educator & Director of Holistic Healthcare - Praja Nutrition.

Vegetables are good source of vitamins, minerals & fibres. Each vegetable has different level of nutritional value. If you cook different types of vegetables together, there will be more likelihood for children due to taste & flavour. Simultaneously vegetables would be much more healthier for kids. Always try to give different colours of vegetables & fruits. #vegetables #fruits #health #kids #protein
