I’ve come to a frightening conclusion that I am the decisive element in the classroom. It’s my personal approach that creates the climate. It’s my daily mood that makes the weather. As a teacher, I possess a tremendous power to make a child’s life miserable or joyous. I can be a tool of torture or an instrument of inspiration. I can humiliate or heal. In all situations, it is my response that decides whether a crisis will be escalated or de-escalated and a child humanized or dehumanized.

So true. This burden of responsibility sometimes makes me feel frustrated. In fact, the WHOLE LIFE of a child depends on my decisions.

But I am just a teacher. But have to carry the responsibility of a god.

It's such a headache for me to make thumbnails for my videos! 😧 😬 I always doubt if I have chosen the right image to attract my audience. The last video had one thumnail but then I changed it to another one. And now AGAIN I feel uncertain about my choice 😂😂😂😅 What do you think? Which one is better: first or second? 😉
