Looking back on the program, I can't believe how I got through it without displaying the immense pain I was feeling in my left knee from patellar tendinitis. Since then my knee has improved drastically through specific injury rehabilitation exercises and a focus on enhancing mobility, muscular strength and tendon elasticity....a video I am looking to upload to YouTube in the near future.

Today Ronaldo is remembered for being finished at the top level, He is not remembered for playing at the top level till the age if 38

Today Ronaldo is remembered for not winning the world cup trophy for his nation, He is not remembered for winning the Euros and nations league for his country (remember we are talking about portugal, a nation which qualified only thrice for the world cup before ronaldo's debut)

Today Ronaldo is remembered for being a villain of Manchester, The streets forgot that he used to own the streets of england

Today people remember Ronaldo for leaving Real madrid at its best, No one remembers him joining Real Madrid at its lowest.

Idk why is it getting poetic, but these words are neither scripted nor copied, they are just coming out of my heart

Should we blame ourselves for saying that he has a body of a teenager or should we blame Ronaldo for making it seem like he was immortal on that football pitch

Should we blame ourselves for hyping that portugal squad or should we blame Ronaldo for setting his standards so high that people thought portugal were on the same level as the other elite nations

Nothing hurts me more than our own fanbase back stabbing ronaldo

A madridista or a ronaldo fan saying messi is the goat is absolutely alright, as long as he/she exclude ronaldo's name from it.

Why do we have to drag ronaldo's name while praising messi

Why do we have to post "its all downhill after Real Madrid" after every failure of ronaldo

Why don't people expect Lewandoski, Salah, Kdb, Modric and many more to win the world cup and expect ronaldo to do the same, knowing that Ronaldo's nation is as medicore as poland, belgium or croatia.

I don't know what people will remember ronaldo for, but I will always remember him for joining my club at lowest and helping it rise to the highest. I will always remember him for the 3 peat he helped my club to win.

His own manager disrespected him, his own club disrespected him, his own teammates turned against him.

What he went through, had anyone else gone through all this, he would have defo retired but ronaldo still has that hunger which helps him going on.

If I was there when ronaldo was at his peak, I am definitely going to be here when he is at his lowest.

Remember if there is only one person who is still supporting you at your lowest then its me

I love you idolo, your memories are enough to help me going on for the rest of my life and make me feel proud that I supported you and started watching football because of you

Football never gave you what you deserved.
