Welcome to Eamon Walsh DIY. I make quirky, fun and functional projects from metal and wood. I mainly like to use old materials that I have lying around to make things for around my home and garden, while videoing the process so people can learn & be inspired to have a go making their own projects! This is the way I do things, be it right or wrong! Always remember: YOU ARE IN CHARGE OF YOUR OWN HEALTH AND SAFETY!!
At the moment I am only able to post a video every other week or so...but if anyone wants to pay the bills so I can spend more time making videos go right ahead! :-)

Hi everyone,, I need your opinion please. I have been getting some comments and messages saying that what I do is not DIY mainly due to the fact that I have tools and a workspace. The tools that I use have been amassed over the years and I am lucky to have a workshop. Originally I put DIY after my name just to highlight it was a maker, project idea, craft channel. Thank you. PS after a long break I will have some videos up soon.
