When a deadline gets tight, I pay attention to the instructions a leader gives next.
If everything becomes urgent, people have to guess what matters most. Some rush. Some wait for approval. Some work on the task that feels safest.
Before the next push, I suggest making three things clear: the result we need, the decision the team can make without us and what can wait.
Then ask someone to explain the priority back in their own words. That brief conversation can reveal a gap another reminder won't fix.
