The funding will target 600 households at risk of heat-related illness and isolated deaths by providing them with cooling gear and nutritious meals.
Alongside distributing these essentials, Red Cross volunteers will personally visit the recipients to monitor their health and share heat safety tips, earning deep gratitude from the organization's regional council for her timely generosity.
