Hello There! I'm sharing my experiences with my 2008 Dodge Grand Caravan camper conversion and hoping it will help others. It's a budget build based on found, free, or near free materials. The only thing I didn't skimp on were the electrics.

Join me in my little adventure as I attempt to balance, work life, personal, and race life in what I can only describe as being on-the-fly-by-seat-of-my-pants videos.

And remember, you're awesome!!!

Good morning...I was looking at my vanbuild videos and realizing how much my life has changed and the progress I've made.

But still so much to do.

It finally snowed this week. Driving in the snow with snow tires is so important. Found myself a quiet place where I can so some writing in my micro cabin on wheels.

My vanbuild continues to be one of the best things I've ever done. Cozy vibes all round.

Hello there, and yes, Im still alive. Been busy with all kinds, and it is all good.

It's always a great feeling knowing that I can take an emergency break at anytime with my getaway van / escape pod.

Cold day today.

Diesel heater is heating!

Hello There!

Well, it looks like my electrical may need a bit of an overhaul. Loose wire? Bad battery? Parasitic draw? I'm doing some research, and hopefully, I'll be able to fix it.

In other news, I've been busy with catching on missed things in my little life and looking to complete some of the online courses I'm taking.

Aside from that, I'm grateful on how the past 3 years have turned out. It's been good.

I just found out it's Programmer's Day.
It's strange to me that at one time, I used to work insane 80+ hour work weeks as a programmer / web developer.

A lot has changed, and I think there will be more changes happening. For example, I'm looking into figuring out a way to leverage my existing skills to simplify my life even more.

Maybe including some programming / web development content might be helpful?

For now, I'm looking to just get my AC and electrical in my van working.

One of the best things about having a #vanbuild is the ability to travel at a moments notice and be back to my regular schedule the same day.

Hello there!
The journey continues as I look into working with my van. It was so hot last week and at this point, I'm looking to get the new 12v AC installed. A few things that I'm finding extremely challenging is the schedule to do the work and the proper weather. I don't have a shop or anything so I have to build outdoors. The past couple of days has been raining and I was so hoping to get some work done. But that wasn't going to happen. My current work schedule is a bit tough as it's super busy. So getting consecutive days to work on the van is difficult at best.

...I'll update you guys.

Thanks for sticking around and remember, you're awesome!
