Sometimes good things really are good. Don’t overthink the green flags.

Some of us have lived through so much chaos that peace feels suspicious, kindness feels like a setup, and consistency feels “too good to be true.” But here’s the thing nobody tells you: healthy doesn’t always feel familiar at first.
Not every good moment is a warning sign.
Not every nice person has an agenda.
Not every blessing is bait.
Sometimes things are good simply because… you finally deserve good things.
This is your reminder to stop talking yourself out of what you prayed for. Stop looking for the red flag in a moment that’s trying to heal you. Let yourself soften. Let yourself receive. Let yourself enjoy the things that aren’t hurting you.
Because green flags exist and you don’t have to apologize for recognizing them.
