Sowmya M U, President of the Bengaluru Urban District Chess Association and Grand Master Pranav Anand who became a grand master just at the age of 15.

“I measure the progress of a community by the degree of progress which women have achieved" Baba Ambedkar once said.
We as society have not achieved equality, but we sure are getting there.
All Akshayakalpa's farms are nurtured, governed and equivalently participated by women farmers.
Farming as a community that has seen women's contribution but farming itself as a profession has not thrived.
Today Akshayakalpa's women farmers are able to make decisions for their families, are able to send their children to schools and take lead when required, all of which is made possible because of the collective vision to do better. We are trying to change that, one farm at a time, with your support, love and great passion for good quality food, we are trying to get all farmers the support, pay and love.
We are taking Baba Ambedkar's jayanthi as a day to get inspired by his efforts, work and advice.
