"A Thousand Lives (2026)" - We finished filming in Arcadia, Peloponnese. We had to change a few locations there due to bad weather. We are continuing in Athens for the next few days. This is a movie about darkness, light and the journey of life. We hope to finish editing by late January/early February 2026. Movie will be presented in a 2.20:1 cinematic aspect ratio. Μετράω πλέον ελάχιστες ημέρες πριν ξεκινήσουν τα γυρίσματα για το “Χίλιες Ζωές”.
Δεν ήταν εύκολο διάστημα. Η υγεία μου με ταλαιπώρησε αρκετά (οξεία φάση χρόνιας βακτηριακής προστατίτιδας) αλλά ευτυχώς η δεύτερη αντιβίωση δείχνει επιτέλους να λειτουργεί.
Κι όμως… ψυχικά και υλικά νιώθω πιο έτοιμος από ποτέ.
Ο καιρός θα είναι δύσκολος. Τα κρύα βράδια στο αυτοκίνητο ακόμη δυσκολότερα.
Δεν πάω να γυρίσω “άλλο ένα βίντεο”.
Πάω να δημιουργήσω κάτι που θέλω πραγματικά να αφήσω πίσω μου.
Και πιστεύω βαθιά ότι αυτή η ταινία θα μιλήσει στις καρδιές όσων τη δουν.
Η συγκίνηση είναι μεγάλη, γιατί θα την αφιερώσω σε έναν άνθρωπο που δεν βρίσκεται πια εδώ και που κάποτε, όταν ήμουν νεότερος, μου έμαθε να μη φοβάμαι.
Δύο μήνες προετοιμασίας. Ατελείωτες σημειώσεις, δοκιμές, σενάριο, σκέψεις.
Ήρθε η στιγμή να γίνουν πράξη.
Είμαι ο Γιάννης Τασούλας και νιώθω πως όλη η πορεία μου στο κανάλι με οδήγησε σε αυτή τη στιγμή.
