My favorite *unhinged* w8loss hack is buying NONstretchy jeans/trousers one size too small. As soon as I can fit my last pair of “skinny pants” I buy a new pair—one size down. Call me crazy but it’s helped me go from size 18 to size 6/8 so far. 🙌🏽

BEFORE | AFTER (-70 pounds) 😌💗
I was stuck in survival mode: stressed, overweight, broke and exhausted. No matter how much I wanted change, my old habits kept pulling me back to the same old reality. I thought l'd tried it all: Hustling harder. "Loving" my overweight body. Treating burnout like a badge of honor.
But everything changed when I leveled up my standards: body + bank account — both had to upgrade. I worked on elevating my mindset, routines and identity. Now I'm 70 lbs down. Calm. Confident. Feminine. In control.

I forgot who I was. I was living like a peasant when I was raised to be a princess. I kept shrinking my standards to match my circumstances. Low energy. Low confidence. Low expectations for myself. I tried all the woo woo: Positive affirmations. Vision boards. Waiting for results to magically show up (and they never did). Everything changed when I went back to basics…
Health, fitness, structure, femininity, confidence, style, discipline and embodying a standards who naturally attracts better. Now, I’m 70 lbs lighter and mentally upgraded. I don’t beg life for better anymore — I simply recieve better because I am better.
