I’m pretty good at keeping things lighthearted enjoyable and not too deep on here and I usually keep personal things off of here …because I know everyone has personal issues, life stuff and or are sick. …I’m open with my family and close friends because I know you really well and you don’t have to turn to social media to know what’s going on in my life … that said, I am sharing here now because it’s easiest to update everyone who cares to know.

I am having some serious health issues. I’ve been in the hospital since Sunday. I’ve been very sick for a few weeks. But extremely tired and sick longer than this. Im on bedrest.

I am having surgery today to remove a large blood clot from my leg. I have blood clots on my lower half of my lungs that the ct scan showed too.
I’ve had several tests ran, blood, urine, ct scans, ultrasounds been poked and prodded and everything.

So my hemoglobin level was dangerously low on Sunday when I came in, it was 5 and should be 12 for women. The oncologist and other Dr’s are trying to figure out why.
I really don’t know what feeling well is like right now.
I had to get a blood transfusion of 3 units of blood and 2 IV infusions of iron then they also have me on a IV blood thinner. They think I have a slow bleed somewhere that is causing my hemoglobin to be so low and they can’t see it with the CT scan though.

I have a esophageal hernia too and the stomach Dr thinks that is what is causing my anemia. I have to have surgery to repair that once they have figured out this blood clot issue and I have to get a couple more tests done a colonoscopy and a scope done on my stomach and throat along with another iron infusion when I’m discharged.

With all that said, please if something doesn’t feel right try not to overlook it, take care of yourself! Talk to your friends family and go to the Dr.
