Save this. Your future self will thank you. I have over 300 tips but letâs start with 8 for today đ
1. Create a daily self-care routine.
Prayer, meditation, movement, exercise, and setting intentions.
This is how you build a meaningful life, from the inside out.
2. Learn to set boundaries.
I know itâs hard. But boundaries clarify relationships and keep people around who actually respect you.
3. Build discipline.
I used to resist it. Then I realized discipline is freedom.
When you show up for yourself consistently, doors begin to open
4. Be intentional with screen time.
Create pauses from your phone, especially in the morning
and before bed. Your nervous system will thank you.
5. Try new things.
Travel. Go to new places. Explore.
It expands your perspective and helps you see the world through other peoplesâ perspective.
6. Treat yourself like your best friend.
With the same love, patience, and kindness.
I promise - this changes everything.
7. Make gratitude your default attitude
Gratitude is one of the most powerful thing we can carry.
Watch how it reshapes your life.
8. Rest - with intention
When you alternate rest with productivity, your results improve.
Rest is where ideas, clarity, and inspiration are born.
And remember:
Everything that happens is for YOUR highest good.
To help you grow, expand, and learn.

Close that Amazon app and go fold that laundry.
Because letâs be honestâŚ
itâs not that you need more stuff.
Itâs that itâs easier to click âbuy nowâ than deal with whatâs right in front of you.
Those small purchases donât feel like much in the moment.
But thatâs exactly how money slips through your hands without you realizing it.
And then you wonder where your paycheck went.
Discipline isnât about never spending money.
Itâs about learning when to pause.
Sometimes the best financial decision you can make
is doing something productive instead of shopping.
Start there.

Let me introduce myself properly.
My name is Fuanyi. I was born in Cameroon and came to the United States when I was 14 years old. Like a lot of immigrants, I came here with big dreams, but nobody handed me a manual on how money works in this country. I got my first job at 17 working at McDonaldâs, and from the outside it looked like I was doing fine, but the truth is I was learning everything the hard way.
I later joined the military and became a Budget Analyst, where I managed large budgets and worked directly with the U.S. government. That experience taught me how money works at a high level, but it also made me realize something important. Just because you understand numbers on paper doesnât mean anyone ever taught you how to manage money in real life.
I know what it feels like to earn money and still feel broke.
I know what it feels like to have responsibilities, family depending on you, and no one ever really explaining how to budget, save, or build wealth the right way.
Thatâs why I created Timeless Finance
Not to make money complicated, but to teach everyday people how to budget, get out of debt, save, invest, and finally feel in control of their finances.
Around here we talk about real numbers, real discipline, and real habits.
No gimmicks. No get-rich-quick. Just structure, consistency, and learning what most of us were never taught.
If youâre trying to stop living paycheck to paycheck,
if you want to build wealth the right way,
and if youâre ready to take control of your moneyâŚ
Youâre in the right place. đ°đ

Things I stopped doing as a 32 year old who saved $20,000 in one year .
1. I stopped keeping my money in regular savings accounts.
Everything goes into a high-yield savings account now so my money actually grows.
2. I donât avoid looking at my bank account anymore.
I check my numbers regularly so nothing catches me off guard.
3. I canceled subscriptions that didnât make sense.
If I get charged for something Iâm not using, I call, get the refund, and cancel it immediately.
4. I stopped depending on my credit card.
If I use it, I pay the balance in full before the due date every time.
5. I donât eat out several times a week anymore.
Most of my meals are at home, and that alone saved me hundreds every month.
6. I donât rush to buy things.
If I want something, it sits in my cart for at least a week before I decide.
7. I stopped making daily stops at places like Starbucks or Dunkin.
Those small purchases were adding up more than I realized.
8. I started budgeting every single week.
If an expense didnât add real value to my life, I cut it.
Comment TRACKER if you want the template I used to help me save.

Congratulations on your failure. Seriously. Most people never even try. They stay comfortable, play it safe, and never give themselves a real chance to grow.
Failure means you took action. You stepped outside your comfort zone. You attempted something that had the potential to change your life.
Every successful person you admire has a long list of failures behind them. Businesses that didnât work. Investments that didnât go as planned. Ideas that didnât succeed the first time.
Failure is not the opposite of success. It is part of the process.
So if something didnât work out the way you hoped, donât be embarrassed. Donât quit. Learn from it, adjust your strategy, and try again.
Because the only real failure is never trying at all.

We used to go to bed in silence after every money fight. Same argument, different month. Nothing changed until we stopped reacting to money and started making decisions together.
Couples who struggle go to bed with the same argument on repeat. Couples who win go to bed with the same goal in mind.
Your finances donât need a miracle. They need a plan you both actually agree on.
Follow Timeless Finance for more finance tips. You got this.

Every year during Black History Month, I think about the strength and resilience of the people who came before us. As a Cameroonian immigrant, I carry that same spirit with me every single day. I came here with nothing but hope and a belief that I could rewrite my financial story.
And now Iâm committed to helping other families do the same. Teaching financial literacy, breaking generational cycles, and building wealth isnât just work for me, itâs legacy.
If youâre reading this, remember that your story matters just as much. Your background doesnât limit you. It prepares you.
What part of your financial story are you rewriting this year?

Today Iâm pausing to give God the glory and to say thank you. Timeless Finance just crossed 10,000 subscribers on YouTube, and I donât take a single one of you for granted.
When I started this channel, my only goal was to help people build confidence with their money. I wanted to take everything I learned in the Coast Guard, everything I lived through as a wife and mom figuring things out, and turn it into something that could actually change lives. Seeing this community grow the way it has lets me know Iâm walking in purpose.
To every single person who subscribed, watched a video, shared a clip, or took a step toward bettering your finances because of something you learned hereâthank you. Youâre the reason I show up. Youâre the reason this mission matters.
And to God, thank you for the wisdom, the strength, and the vision to keep going even when the road felt slow. This milestone is bigger than numbers. Itâs a reminder that obedience and consistency always produce fruit.
Weâre just getting started. Hereâs to 20K, 50K, 100K and beyond. Hereâs to financial freedom for you, your family, and everyone connected to you.
Thank you for 10,000.
