Hey @webasto_group@WebastoAmericas , Those of us in the @Jeep#4XE community have noticed that the Electric Coolant Heater has an unacceptably high fail rate. We’ve tracked some data that shows it’s failing at a rate around 25%. My Jeep is on its third since 2021. This part had a high failure rate in the Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid before the 4XE ever came out.
Two questions: Why does this part continue to fail at such a high rate? Will you extend an extra warranty on this part so owners are not left with an expensive replacement due to the high failure rate of your part?
Hey Jeep, the 68C recall is causing FORM for a lot of 4XEs. Can we get some communications going on the subject? Can we get some updated information to the dealerships about the issue? Can we find the issue and get a corrective patch to the update so it stops doing this?
