Had to post about this and I will make a video on it. Honestly this is fucking disgusting I am studying veterinarian care and the CDC is not on the right at all! First off squirrels rarely get rabies, according to the CDC's official website. Squirrels also have not been known to transmit rabies to humans. This is just an unlawful murder of a pet!! If they were really concerned about the guy not having proper rehabilitation licensing, they could have just relocated the squirrel to someone licensed until the guy obtained proper paperwork. I get the impression they killed the squirrel just to punish the guy and try to teach him a lesson about illegal wildlife ownership which is really dumb.

FURRIES FOR PNUT! If any furries are good at art make some for this lovely boy that was murdered.

Yesterday, I discovered that my rescue dog, Sammy, has a fear of belts. It's difficult for me to comprehend how someone could have inflicted such terrible harm on my precious baby. When we adopted him, he had to undergo surgery to remove a chain that was lodged in his head. He had never experienced much freedom outside of a kennel either. However, I am immensely proud of the progress he has made these few years ear. I plan on spending quality time with him, watching TV shows about wolves. I gifted him a wild dog plushie, which he adores. At night, I allow him to sleep in my bed, and I cover his small body with his favorite blanket. I believe he suffers from nightmares as he often twitches a lot in his sleep. He is truly the best dog I could have ever asked for. Sometimes, if he has a bad dream or appears overheated, I let him drink from my water bottle. While I cannot alter his past, I can certainly shape his future because he has transformed me.
