During the Siege of Leningrad people found the strength to visit libraries, museums, theaters, and the Philharmonic. They and city continued to live. Perhaps not everyone did it.
I won't delve into the details of how that war was initiated by the Soviet Union, the United States, and the United Kingdom, - from the occupation of Poland, Czechoslovakia, the Baltic countries, Finland, and so on.
It's important to separately note that the Siege of Leningrad was not initiated by Hitler, for example. This is a separate discussion.
However, now I personally do not know how to survive in the midst of hatred and negativity without breaking down.
It's so easy to be the child of rich parents, an "only fans" "model", and not know in life serious troubles, deprivation, hunger, violence, or live in such restrictions as me.
It's so easy to enjoy life and post photoshoots (I have a lot of too) and what you've eaten and where you've been every day (although who cares?).
But it's much more challenging to live in difficult circumstances and set an example of courage, kindness, and care for those who it need.
Is these "Tik - Tok models" and other celebrities don't want to go to Palestine and Ukraine - to save people and animals, or work for free in a hospice or nursing home? Tarkovsky was never a good director.
If we take the film "Stalker," then there we see great dialogues, written by the Strugatsky brothers, and a great cast, especially the play of Kaydanovsky.

I had to write a text for a magazine about the opera house. And I still can't sit and write it. Because we have a war, which going on already for 4 years, which is not known when it will end. Because I have been living in hell and stress for last 5 years, I went through domestic violence. Over the past year, I have lost two of my young cats, who died in agony on my arms.
I have no mood for theaters and entertainment. I can't think of anything right now.
I can't sell my only one flat and go out of this hell. And finally, the person @sachabaroncohen @sachabaroncohenpersonal , to whom I was grateful for his interesting interviews, that pulled me out of my depression in one time, in personal communication hurt me very much. Knowing , what I went through.
I very cried during three weeks, and my cat took over my pain on herself.
Maybe, if it were not for this act from him, my second cat would still live.. #sachabaroncohen
