I love this scene...but it was hard to find the right lighting. Two days of work. Rendering time for the entire scene: 48 hours.

I just had to take a look at Chris Khun's fantastic new mesh of the TMP Spacedock.

Based on the old files from my Space Opera animation, I created a new setup and rendered the scene with VRAY. I've never come this close to the original before.

I think I'll re-render the entire animation, perhaps for the 15th anniversary of the original animation in 2026 ?
