Mornin ya'll!....... I'm burnt out 🫠

I know, kind of a wild way to start a post lol.

But real talk! I've been starting to become more dead inside ever since the Blizz video and it's sadly been getting worse and worse. So after my fallout video, I felt like I had to take a wee bit of a break. No phones, no social media, or any of that noise. Just vibes.

Great news! It worked! I feel better (yay!). Bad news. I feel creative (boo). Jokes aside, I've been doing flavors of "every game ever" for what feels like forever and I feel like it's time to do something different to get the creative juices flowing.

Also! I'm tired of presenting myself as a brand. It's exhausting. Brands are (supposed to be) perfect, and humans are not, so going forward I'm just going by Casey for Zenkai Goose. I'm a dude, and I goof (a lot) unlike a brand. Sup.

But what does this mean for y'all?

Well, great question guys. The short answer is, I'm still making gaming-flavored content (rejoice!). The long answer would be that I need to do something that isn't a 1 hour long video about every game ever where I try to find some angle to celebrate the mediocrity that is the last 15 years of gaming. Turns out, that was exhausting to me, I too am shocked by this.

So yeah, my next video is going to be something new, and I'd genuinely love your feedback. You guys literally leave the greatest comments on this platform and on a real note, your comments were the only thing keeping me going through my burnout. Because in a world surrounded by constant negativity, it is an absolute honor that so many of y'all went out of your way to leave a positive message.

I am beyond grateful.

So that's my update! If it's unclear, I'm incredibly nervous, scared and feel insane pressure to perform, but that's also just kind of how youtube works, so yolo i guess?
