I do not talk about this enough…

At 22 I became a dad. No savings. No space. Sleeping on my mums floor on a blow up bed with a newborn next to me. Working two jobs. Studying to become a personal trainer at night.

Nobody would have looked at that situation and seen success coming.

But that season taught me something I carry with me every single day.

I want to say something from the heart today.

I grew up watching my mum work multiple jobs just to make sure we had food on the table and clothes on our backs. Four older sisters, one older brother and me. She carried all of us. Every single day.

Without complaint.
Without recognition.
Without ever putting herself first.

And I see her in so many of you.

Women who give everything to their children, their families, their careers and leave absolutely nothing for themselves.

Women who are so busy showing up for everyone else that they have forgotten what it feels like to show up for themselves.

Today I just want you to know that you are seen.

Everything you do behind the scenes, the early mornings, the late nights, the sacrifices nobody ever claps for, it matters.

You matter.
