PDX Stolen Cars, established in October 2021 by Titan Crawford in Portland, Oregon, aims to address the escalating vehicle theft issue in Portland and its neighboring cities. With a team of five dedicated administrators and approximately 20,000 members, the group prioritizes quality over quantity. By adhering to strict guidelines and procedures, PDX Stolen Cars ensures a reliable and trustworthy environment for its members.

In July 2023, the group was invited to collaborate with the Portland Police Bureau's Stolen Vehicle Operations unit. This collaboration resulted in the successful completion of ten operations by the end of the year. In June 2024 PDX Stolen Cars will hit 20 operations.
