It’s been a week since I quit smoking cigarettes. I had a lot of withdrawals and mostly slept them off. My routine at the moment is pretty stationary working from home so changing my routine wasn’t an option. But I found a way. I just took it easy for a week. I’m getting back to my old self slowly but surely. I feel better every day. And I relate less & less to coping with cigarettes. We start smoking or any addiction to fill a void(s). Most of what I’ve gathered in introspection has to do with some sort of emotional pain. Per the chakra system, we tend to smoke cigarettes due to blockages in the heart chakra💚. I’m climbing my way out. The only way out is through Starseeds! I want health and I want me!
