will probably take things a bit slower for the entirery of december and then we can go back to rockwell grindset mindset in 2026 🙂↕️
i did see so many of you tag me in your youtube recaps and it's CRAZY to me that that's happening and that this is happening and i'm so grateful for anyone watching and thank you for watching and thank you for allowing me to give you headaches by yelling all the time love you so much!! can't wait for 2026!!
I joined the program literally just a couple of weeks before the sale was first announced. In the video where I talked about joining, I mentioned that I’d been wary about it because I know how it’s perceived in the broader community, but now with EA getting acquired by some of the worst people imaginable and, on top of that, the partnership with Stability AI, I just can’t, with good conscience, continue a partnership with them.
This is silly, but for full transparency, I think I stuck around mostly because I was still clinging to that dream that I think a lot of us had, of becoming a full on Sims creator. Growing up watching people like Plumbella, Lifesimmer, and Lilsimsie inspired me so much that during The Sims 3 era I was literally recreating music videos and Pretty Little Liars plots (LMAO) and uploading them, and all of that lead to now!
I’ve been posting on YouTube for around 7 months and the growth, support, and kindness I’ve received is something I honestly never expected.
I’ll still be posting Sims content, but with the focus shifted on mods and custom content, it’s always been my favorite part of The Sims since I was a kid! I’ll also sprinkle in some older Sims games, Paralives, and other variety games as well. :)
Thank you guys for the past 7 months, I’m so excited to keep filming more of the Rockwells and to see where this whole YouTube journey leads us <3

Hi guys!! We’ve probably all heard of EA getting acquired by Saudi Arabia’s PIF, Jared Kushner’s (Donald Trump’s son-in-law’s) Affinity Partners, and Silver Lake.
I already talked a bit about it on Twitter, but I wanted to make my stance clear here as well before releasing videos on Adventure Awaits - I think this was a really disappointing decision on EA’s part. EA has never been a great company, but this feels like a new low for them.
From what I’ve gathered, the deal won’t officially go through until 2027, and we don’t have much information yet on how this will actually end up affecting The Sims and Maxis, but I am really worried about what this could mean for the franchise as we probably all are.
I’ve been talking to other creators about this and thinking about how to handle the situation myself, I hope we can get some clarity in the next few days.
For now it’ll still be the Rockwells around here, and, like I said earlier, some videos on Adventure Awaits!
