Dear Ligtworkers and Starseeds, I am so honored to connect with you in this exciting time!
My name is Susanne and my Soulname is Nonann. I am a Gen X Lightworker, Reiki master, energy therapist and counselor. My main focus is to support those of you who are newly awakened and to share healing and information to try to make your path a little bit easier.
In my videos I will shed some more light on subjects like Lightworkers, Starseeds and why we are here on Earth. I will also make Reiki infused videos which you can use to support your healing as well as to support you in everyday life.
When I feel called to do so I will arrange events in which I will send distance Reiki to you as a group if you should want to join. All Lightworkers and Starseeds are welcome!
Remember that although life can be challenging sometimes, you are not alone on your journey.
Nonann for Lightworkers and Starseeds
What is Reiki?
Reiki is a gentle healing practice that comes from Japan. The word “Reiki” means “universal life energy.” It works on the idea that a natural energy flows through all of us, keeping our body, mind, and spirit healthy.
During a Reiki session, a practitioner places their hands on or just above your body to help this energy flow. People often feel relaxed and calm. Reiki can help reduce stress, support healing, and bring a sense of balance and peace.
It’s safe, non-invasive, and can be used by anyone, at any age. Reiki is often used alongside regular medical care to help people feel better in body, mind, and spirit.
What is Distant Reiki?
Distant Reiki is a way to send healing energy to someone even if they are far away. It works because Reiki energy isn’t limited by distance—it can reach anyone, anywhere.
During a distant Reiki session, the practitioner focuses their intention and uses special techniques to channel energy to the recipient. People often feel relaxed, calm, or comforted, even though the practitioner isn’t physically present.
Disclaimer!
Energy therapy, like Reiki, is not meant to be used as a replacement for traditional medical care. It can be used as a complement to traditional treatments and medications for those who find it beneficial. Always follow your doctor’s or care taker’s advice and recommendations!
