Channel members can now watch the latest videos which give details of what’s going on with the new Silva Expedition Neo Compass (it’s not good news) and also a brief dip into the history of Meg’s Wood (where the Silva Video was filmed) – this looks at the only (the one and only) case in English Law when a real dead person returned to the land of the living.

Thanks to everyone who has participated in the poll asking which compass you use. If you haven't done so yet, please select an option on the poll below.
I’m in the final stages of R&D and your answers have already helped – I’ve altered the design slightly based on your answers (“very” approximately 60, 24, 12, 4). When you see the final product I’m guessing many people will say something along the lines of “is that it, that’s looks so simple”. But, I’ve been designing this for over a year and have multiple (3d print) attempts to get all to fit together. It's almost time to have a production model precision engineered in the UK.

I would like to ask for your help.
I am in the process of developing (and manufacturing) a navigation product (?) which simply isn’t available, anywhere, at the moment. I can’t say yet what it is, or give any details, until I have at least Patent Pending status - and yes I know that within a few weeks of it going on sale, lots of cheap, not functioning, imitations will be available on-line 🤷♂️
I would very much appreciate it if you would complete the poll below and let me know what type of compass you use.

After three days R & R, it’s time to commute to work. I’m running a Gold Level (advanced) navigation course starting tomorrow morning in the Grizedale’s area - just North West of Malham in the Yorkshire Dales.
3,476 km / 2,160 miles from Limassol, Cyprus, to commute. Will I make it – yeah, no worries, what can go wrong 😊 Oh we’re two hour ahead here, so that’s give me a little leeway.
Has anyone got a longer commute?
