Oath of the Fjord

For now, this is where my journey ends.

For months, I've spent countless hours writing songs, creating videos, editing, designing thumbnails, and doing everything I could to make each release better than the last. Yet I keep watching other Viking music channels that started around the same time leave me far behind. Some are reaching hundreds of thousands of views, while I'm spending hours of my life creating content that often reaches only 20–50 people.

The truth is... it broke me.

I'm not tired of making music. I'm tired of giving everything I have and feeling like it makes no difference. Right now, it feels like I've been completely left behind.

So I'm stepping away from YouTube. I honestly don't know for how long. Maybe two weeks. Maybe a month. Maybe a year.

I need to rest. I need some distance, and I want to wait until this Viking trend cools down a little before I decide what comes next.

I also want to give a special thank you to ‪@RavnirMusic‬​ For months, he has supported my work, encouraged me, and kept my spirits up when I was close to giving up. I will never forget that.
