I’m a former medical doctor, TEDx speaker, author, and creator focused on the science of identity, mindset, and lasting personal transformation. I spent two decades on the front lines of healthcare — and saw firsthand how many people were quietly unfulfilled, stuck in lives that didn’t fit.

Now, I help ambitious people reinvent their lives from the inside out. My approach starts with identity — because lasting change doesn’t begin with what you do, but with who you believe you are.

Here, you’ll find weekly videos on reinvention, mindset, and transformation strategies to help you create a life that’s effortless, aligned, and truly yours. I’m also founder of the Wellness Coach Academy, where I train & mentor aspiring wellness entrepreneurs to build meaningful, freedom-based businesses.

If you're ready for your next chapter, you're in the right place.

Quick question for you 👀

At the very end of my videos, I always leave a few bloopers / outtakes — little behind-the-scenes moments that don’t make the main cut.

Some people love them.
Some people… not so much 😅

I’m genuinely curious where you land — and this will help shape how I edit future videos.

Q: Do you like the bloopers/outtakes at the end of my videos?

Yesterday, I stood on the red dot and gave a TEDx talk.

I’ve been thinking about change for a long time — as a doctor, a coach, and a human who has reinvented herself more than once. But standing on that stage, something clicked in a deeper way than I expected.

It wasn’t about the nerves or the applause.

It was about finally saying out loud something I’ve been circling for years — and feeling it land.

What stayed with me most were the conversations afterward. The stories people shared. The way so many of you said, “That felt like you were talking directly to me.” That meant everything.

This talk is part of a much bigger chapter for me, and I’m excited to keep sharing it with you here. I’ll be posting some behind-the-scenes reflections over the next little while, and I’ll absolutely share the official TEDx video as soon as it’s released (hopefully in a few weeks).

Thank you for being part of this journey with me. 💛
More soon.

This arrived today.

My Advanced Reader Copies of Redesigning You.

Writing a book is one thing.
Holding it in your hands is something else entirely.

This book has lived in my head, my notes, my early mornings, and my hard questions for a long time.

Today it became real.

Onward. ✨

What’s stopping you from starting your dream business or side project?

I finally get to share this with you.

This is the cover of my upcoming book, Redesigning You — a book about identity, change, and why transformation is so much harder than we think (and how to make it stick).

This work brings together everything I’ve learned through medicine, research, and my own reinvention journey.

It means a lot to share this here, with this community.
Coming June 2026 🤍

If you feel like this book might be for you, I’d love to hear what part of change you’ve found hardest.

How are you feeling about the year ahead?

🎤 Rehearsing for TEDx… just a few days before Christmas.

No spotlight. No camera crew. Just a chilly church sanctuary, a handful of chairs, and a red rug that somehow made everything feel real.

All of us—12 speakers plus our coaches and the whole TEDxSurrey team—gathered for another rehearsal this weekend.

There’s something powerful about practicing your talk in a space like that. No stage lights. No 1000-person audience. Just your words, your story, and the people who are cheering you on.

Every time I step onto that circle, I feel both grounded and electrified.

Can’t wait to share this talk with you soon.

What would you do differently if you believed it wasn’t “too late”?

I think this question has the power to crack something open.

Because so many of us don’t even let ourselves want certain things anymore—not because we don’t care, but because we’ve quietly labeled them unrealistic, irresponsible, or just “too late.”

But what if it’s not?

What if you’re not too old, too far down another path, too behind, too anything?

What if now is exactly the right time?

👇 Tell me in the comments: what would you choose, start, or say yes to if you truly believed it wasn’t too late?
