Little Rock, Arkansas — Tonight! Since y’all twisted my arm 😄 we went ahead and rented a room so we can fellowship! 📍 Hilton Garden Inn Little Rock 322 Rock Street The Pinnacle Ballroom — Ground Level 🕖 7 PM–9 PM It will be a small, intimate gathering with prophetic networking, a quick chat, hugs, and photos. See you tonight, Little Rock!
Two weeks ago, I was invited to Chairman T. D. Jakes and Mrs. Serita Jakes’ home, and as soon as I walked in, the CEO of T. D. Jakes Enterprises said: “This is the woman who opened the door for us in Chicago.” That moment humbled me. If you know me, you know I’m an outlier. I live outside the hoopla. I am not part of any clique or circle, yet somehow God keeps placing me in rooms where my voice is recognized, not because I pushed my way in, but because purpose opened the door. Navigating life as both a prophetic voice and an academic is interesting. One day I am prophesying, the next I am knee-deep in AI, workforce development, education, training, or real estate. My hands are in so many areas tied to legacy, and the Lord keeps weaving it all together in divine ways. During the gathering, Mrs. Serita Jakes looked at me and said: “Are you going to prophesy again? Because we are literally standing inside the word you spoke last quarter.” A full-circle moment. A moment where Scripture breathes: “Your gift will make room for you and bring you before great men.” Proverbs 18:16 There were about 20 brilliant women in that room, corporate leaders, innovators, influencers, women with advanced degrees, and movers and shakers across Dallas Fort Worth and around the world. It was an honor just to be there. And the most amazing part? It all started from a simple lunch meeting. A reminder that one divine connection can shift an entire assignment. Shout-out to my friend Jaylen LaGrande. The right friendship can unlock a whole kingdom pathway. Since then, new doors have opened, especially in Chicago and across the country, in the areas I care about most: AI. Workforce development. Education. Economic mobility. Real estate development. And since that time, the Lord made it clear that I was not there by accident. He positioned me to quietly open doors for this particular group in Chicago, not through ambition, but through obedience. Over the last six or seven months, I have simply followed His leading. Sitting with executives, connecting with leaders, being placed in rooms I did not even know were part of the assignment. Not by might. Not by power. But by His Spirit. And let me say this too.
I was dressed down that night, nothing glamorous, just my regular self, literally rushing. But I have made more connections, more partnerships, and more deals simply by being authentically me than when I am fully glammed up.
From that night alone, more doors opened, and it had nothing to do with what I had on. Man looks on the outward appearance, but God looks at the heart. 1 Samuel 16:7 I truly feel like the Lord used me as a strategic piece, placed exactly where He needed me. And I have learned this: When God breathes on your gift, it works anywhere. And when God opens a door, you walk through it with humility. I am a connector. I am an academic. I am an entrepreneur. I am a strategist.
But above all, I am a steward, and all of this ties back to legacy, the legacy He is building through me.
Chairman T. D. Jakes and Mrs. Serita Jakes are committed to legacy as well. Real estate, technology, AI, innovation, economic empowerment, and kingdom-centered solutions that will impact generations.
Chairman Jakes is mobilizing a new generation of women to help build what is next.
“Great was the company of women who published it.” I am grateful for the work, grateful for the doors, and grateful that God continues to place me in the right rooms at the right time.
And truthfully, I used to be afraid to step into this lane. Afraid that I was too unique, too different, too “out there.”
But here is what I have learned: When God opens a door, you do not have to perform. You just have to walk through it. Sometimes you must cross the street and partner with others to do a greater work. Collaboration will take you places isolation never will. This is a divine season. And I am excited for what is ahead.
Day 1 of the 7-Day Corporate Fast Today we talked about how childlike faith is the doorway to the supernatural realm, the kind of faith that trusts, believes, and follows God without hesitation. Fasting strengthens that faith. It brings us back to walking wholeheartedly with the Lord. Too often, fasting becomes performative or routine, but this week God is calling us to posture our hearts in purity, humility, and expectation. Let this fast reawaken your wonder. Return to the simplicity of believing again. ✨ Not just Faith in God, but the Faith of God. 🎥 Watch the Replay of Day 1: streamyard.com/h63rhmy7pwp9 See you tomorrow at 7amcst with Bryan Cowart teaching on Fasting and Finances.
