- 40% — Luxury aur sin goods: SUVs (Fortuner, XUV700), pan masala, tobacco, aerated drinks, yachts
2. Zer0% GST Items:
- Roti, paneer, milk jaisi daily staples ab 0% GST.
- Life aur health insurance premiums bhi tax-free.
3. Auto Sector mein Changes:
- Small cars aur two-wheelers — 28% se अब 18%.
- EVs — sirf 5% GST.
4. SUVs pe Relief:
- Fortuner, Innova, XUV700 ki keemat ₹74k se ₹3.5 lakh tak kam ho sakti hai due to flat 40% GST.
5. Kyon Ye Reforms?
- Simplification, sasta hone wala kharcha, aur festive season mein demand drive karne ke liye.
- Inflation mein ≈1.1% tak ki kami aur manageable revenue loss estimated ₹48,000 crore.
