Bullies thrive on your reaction. Take that away, and they lose.
Most people think bullying is just about insults, but in reality, it’s a battle for control.
Bullies want to see you upset. They want control. But when you stay calm, confident, and unbothered, they lose interest.
Stay strong. 💪
Don’t give them the reaction they want.
Control your emotions. 😌
Anger fuels them—indifference disarms them.
Know the difference. ⚠️
Words can’t hurt you unless you let them, but physical harm is a different story—seek help if you’re in danger.
When you refuse to play their game, they stop playing.
Strength isn’t just about fighting back—it’s about knowing when not to engage.

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has recently introduces 50% Compentency focused question in class 10th and 12th grade. Improving the questions in the Board Exams is the highest Return-on-Investment move. Minimum effort by the board, Maximum impact at 30000+ schools!
Years later, CBSE and ICSE are both moving in the right direction of increasing the weightage of good questions in the assessments. By increasing the weightage of competency-based questions in the CBSE and ICSE exams, the boards are telling the schools that there is only one way to score well in board exams – understand the concept!

🌟 The Path to the Indian Army: A Career of Honor, Growth, and Unmatched Opportunities! 🌟
In Dream of serving the nation? Here’s the path to turn that dream into reality with a career in the Indian Army! Many students aspire for respected and impactful careers, but few realize the incredible opportunities and growth waiting for them in the Armed Forces.
✨ Pathways to Enter the Army:
NDA Exam: Join right after 12th grade and start your journey at the prestigious National Defence Academy!
CDS Exam: Already graduated? The Combined Defence Services (CDS) Exam opens doors to the Indian Military Academy!
TES & Technical Pathways: For those with a science background, the Technical Entry Scheme offers direct entry after 12th.
Each route is challenging, yes – but it’s equally rewarding and comes with a future that combines leadership, technical skills, physical fitness, and honor.
🔍 Why Don’t More Students Know About These Paths? Many students (and their families) don’t get exposure to the incredible lifestyle and career benefits the Armed Forces offer. Social influence, lack of school guidance, and misconceptions often lead students to other careers without exploring this one-of-a-kind option.
💡 Why Should Students Consider a Career in the Army?
Personal Growth & Confidence: The Army shapes you into a stronger, more confident, and resilient leader.
Skills for Life: You gain technical, physical, and interpersonal skills that last a lifetime.
High Respect and Career Security: Serving the nation is a lifelong honor, and the Indian Army ensures unparalleled stability and support for you and your family.
If you’re a student, parent, or educator, start exploring these pathways and encourage conversations about the Armed Forces. Together, let’s inspire students to aim higher, achieve more, and consider a career that lets them serve their country!✨

75% of Indians are dehydrated, but the shocking part is that students need teacher's permission to drink water in schools!
Teachers often deny permission to children to drink waters, and students are sometimes also punished for drinking water!
But one school has chosen to take a different route! They have created a “water bell” in their school, and at the end of every period, a bell rings reminding all students and teachers to drink water!
This has helped the school students reduce the number of times they fall sick, and has helped improve energy levels of students!
I highly recommend the government to spread this “Water bell movement” across all schools in India. In fact, even private schools and colleges can introduce this “water bell” concept.
If crores of Indians start drinking more water, then we can beat headaches, kidney stone problems, and dizziness experienced by students.
