I loved this weekend's meditations in my Abundant Life community:
Trust The Pause
When patience serves more than action.
Pauses and rest have a purpose.
Things need time to integrate and assimilate.
Question the belief that if we relax, things will fall apart or we will miss our chance.
You are allowed to feel great even when nothing has happened yet.
Loosen the grip so that alignment can do its work.
Notice how the world does just fine without our supervision.
What would happen if we don’t rush what is unfolding?

My old wine goblets are now my green drinks cups! We haven’t had any alcohol in 45+ days! I haven’t drank lots for years anyway but this commitment has truly been magical for us! I love how my body feels - wagging her tail! We mixed it up with today’s green drink. A bit from the juice ingredients & a bit from the Popeyes smoothie! Yumm. Changed it up w oat milk & gojis that are full of protein. A vegans dream! I’ll add this tweak to the recipe online! One fun factor for today!
