This week I received a copy of the Order to Seal Non-Conviction Records that was signed and dated 2/6/25 by Judge Reid Stewart in the case of State of Colorado vs. Adam Howell. The case was dismissed.
All three individuals in the attached image from the Durango Arts Center encounter have either lost their jobs or resigned from their jobs that they had at the time of this incident. I wonder why they left their jobs?
Do civil rights apply on this city-owned property that's also owned by the DAC, a public charity?

City of Durango Assistant City Manager Bob Brammer, City Manager Jose Madrigal, Assistant City Manager Erin Hyder and Kyle Dellamora dined with a Community Development Director candidate at 636 Main Ave. The $229.99 tab was picked up by taxpayers, not bureaucrats.
Public Information Officer Tom Sluis refused to answer my question as to what the business purpose was behind the fine dining expenditure. It's clear that Sluis does not want transparency in City Government.

Summit County Sheriff's Office staff is quoting non-existent language from multiple Colorado Revised Statutes to justify them requiring a copy of a photo ID in exchange for them providing copies of criminal justice records.
