This is the most insightful story of a challenge to an unlawful trespass that I've heard of in Colorado. A valuable lesson about ego and corruption in government.

My favorite channel from the front range of Colorado. @MHCC.UHF69 Mile High Community Channel is keeping it real, practicing free press and approaching public servants with the same respect that they give him. Standing his ground and educating robotic peace officers about the oath that they swore to uphold. Keep pressing, my friend!

My friend People, of the channel Press Harder @PeoplePressHarder, is once again in jail for hurting the sensitive feelings of some oathbreaking police officers. This time, in Toledo, Ohio, where he's been kidnapped by the Toledo Police Department, who booked him in at the Lucas County Corrections Center. The typical contempt of cop charges--Resisting Arrest, Failure to Disclose Personal Information and Disorderly Conduct.
Press Harder allegedly has a court hearing on Tuesday, October 14th at 9:00 a.m. at the Toledo Municipal Court.
Please redress your grievances peacefully through the General Inmate Information Line at (419)213-4425.

Email records of Arizona public employee Shannon Walker withheld from disclosure under dubious pretenses.
On July 6, 2025 I requested three types of records from the University of Arizona:
"Please provide a copy of the last five emails that were sent to and from Shannon Walker, the Director of Development for the James E Rogers College of Law. Her email address is sawalker@arizona.edu
Please provide a copy of the last employee pay stub for any payment that was made to Shannon Walker.
Please provide a copy of the last employee performance review of employee Shannon Walker."
On July 25, a response was given in denial of the records that I requested:
"Your request is denied pursuant to Carlson v. Pima County, 141 Ariz. 487, 687 P.2d 1242 (1984). Furthermore, ABOR Policy 6-912 restricts the types of personnel records that may be disclosed to third parties."
It's highly questionable for the state to be claiming that emails sent to and from a public employee are exempt from disclosure.
The only other recourse to challenge this denial is with an appeal via special action filed with the superior court.
If anyone reading this can help me interpret the law cited in the denial, please reach out to me via email: athowell[at]gmail.com

Emails from public employees promoted the cancellation of a lecture at Fort Lewis College.
Emails sent to the Fort Lewis College President's Office prior to a contentious lecture about the influence of traders on Navajo weaving were both for and against the presentation being allowed to proceed.: wp.me/pbsXxK-3Vb
