There were pivotal moments in my early life where I was not witnessed or protected as I was becoming who I am.

Initiations into womanhood.
Into motherhood.
Into my role as a medicine woman.

At times when love and guidance were needed most, I was left to navigate profound transitions alone. Not because I was meant to suffer, but because something in me was being shaped.

I don’t see those experiences as mistakes anymore.
I see them as a divine preparation.

Because when you are not witnessed during your own becoming, you learn — deeply and somatically — what witnessing truly means.
When you are not protected, you learn how sacred protection actually feels.
When love is never withdrawn from your heart, even in loss, your capacity expands rather than closes.

Those early initiations trained my nervous system to remain present in intensity, to hold space without controlling it, and to love without possession.

That is why today my work is not about fixing, saving, or directing anyone.
It is about creating a container where people are safe, seen, and supported as they experience themselves — often for the first time — as unconditional love.

Nothing about this path required self-erasure.
Nothing asked me to harden.
And nothing diminished my capacity to love.

It refined it.

And now, I offer what I once needed — not from pain, but from integration.

Love that stays.
Presence that doesn’t disappear.
Witnessing that honors truth.

This is the medicine I carry.
