First time trying the legendary 'One Bowl, One Noodle' at Ramen Kouji and I'm shook! This single 80cm noodle is unbelievably stretchy (you can see how long I pulled without breaking in the photos). The Spicy Mala sauce with vinegar and minced meat is very flavourful but be careful, my friend did find it a bit too spicy. Don't forget to post for a free bowl of rice - trust me, it's the perfect combo since the sauce is so rich! 😋🍚

Visited the first conveyor belt sushi spot in Macao at Yoho Treasure Island and it was a letdown 🍣😔 High expectations turned into disappointment as the conveyor belt was basically empty, with repetitive dishes. Their focus seems to be on ordering from the menu, but I was excited for the conveyor belt experience. Food quality was mediocre, and the 30-40 min wait didn't help either. Have you given it a try yet? 🍽️✨
