It was for me

Definitely had a lot of emotions I have not had time to look at or even allow myself to feel.

I have not felt this alone in a really long time.
.
Grief is not something you just day I cried I felt i now mow on with myself after losing someone so close and dear to our hearts.
.
Emotions do come in waves
.
Times are shifting once again with the world, people and their energies.
.
It feels as though people are extreme in their beliefs about just about everything.
.
I never fit in with most people
People I thought were friends have moved on, and so will I find comfort again in my solitude.
.
I have always tried to see the best in people.
.
Forgiveness for me is
Me not accepting to put up with lies bullshit and manipulation. I don't have room for games and dishonest people.

The lesson for me was to walk away
.
Their lesson is up to them, I choose not to play with chaos.

I'm almost reaching 50 years old.
I only want people in my life who can offer genuine kindness, respect, honesty & love which is what I offer, I
In return. I don't want to be around anything lesser.

Getting real does not have to mean being around hurtful.people who continue to hurt and hurt others.

Their are people out there with these qualities.

Just know your circle will be small and people will judge you hate you and be jealous of you. It is for them to find their way & their path.

Walk away from Toxic people Toxic family

What energy they give out comes back to them.

Don't give in to their B.S. hamster wheel of drama, fakeness, guilt, shame or blame.

Narcissism is all about them & what they want how they look in others eyes. Behind closed doors is where they trap you. Speak unkindly & when its really bad they rant yell throw & hit you. They whisper in your ear hurtful words & boast loudly how they love you & care for you in front of other family or out in public or at church.

Don't engage in their flying monkey tactics
Of using others you thought were in your circle who choose to cause harm & malicious misinformation about you.

Release them walk away & go No Contact & find your inner peace joy & light & your tribe will find you & uplift you.

What's meant for you will never pass you by. Be the lantern that lights your path & truth will follow you. Your tribe will find you.
