Sheraton Park Farms

Welcome to Sheraton Park Farms. We are a sustainable agriculture farm located in western North Carolina.

We love to share our experiences about all things related to small scale, sustainable farming with those who have a similar interest.

On our farm, we raise a host of animals including pigs, chickens, sheep, ducks, turkeys and eggs all using a grass and rotational pasture based system to build soil.

📈 6 FOR THE PRICE OF 4? (The Math Is Changing...)
Something huge is arriving at the farm tomorrow morning, and it’s not just more cattle—it’s a total shift in how we’re building the future of Sheraton Park Farms.

We’ve been planning this investment for a long time. Tomorrow, we’re pulling back the curtain on the "3-in-1" strategy and why we’re moving away from the standard feeder market to build the ultimate high-quality, regenerative beef herd. 🐄✨

What to expect in tomorrow's video:

The Unloading: See the first steps these new mamas and their calves take on our pasture.

The Strategy: Why "buying quality" beats "buying numbers" every single time.

The Big Plan: How this move ensures the highest quality beef for our customers for years to come.

If you’ve ever wondered how to scale a farm quickly without sacrificing genetics or sound grazing practices, you won't want to miss this one.

⏰ GOES LIVE: Tomorrow at 8:00 AM Eastern Time!

Set your alarms and get ready to see the new arrivals. How would you prioritize growth on your place—speed or quality? Let’s talk about it in the comments tomorrow!

We’ve all felt the pain at the supermarket checkout lately, but the truth is, what we’re seeing right now is just the tip of the iceberg.

Tomorrow morning, I’m sitting down for an urgent "tailgate talk" about the harsh reality of food economics. This isn’t a standard garden vlog; it’s a critical look at the "perfect storm" that is driving food prices up right now—and why it’s about to get worse.

We’re diving into the background factors most people aren't talking about:
📉 Petroleum costs and the ripple effect on farm logistics.
🌍 International conflict and supply chain disruption.
🥩 CRITICAL: The historical lows in the US cattle population that are about to hit the meat aisle hard.

But this video isn’t just about the bad news. Stick around until the end where I share the exact strategies we are using on the farm to secure our own food supply, and practical steps you can take today to get more from your food dollar.

We need to get prepared, and that starts with self-reliance.

The video goes live TOMORROW at 8:00 AM Eastern Time. Set your alarms and turn on notifications so you don’t miss this mandatory update! 🔔

I’ve officially hit a wall at Sheraton Park Farms. 🤦‍♂️ It is way too early in the season to be saying this, but THE GARDEN IS FULL.

I’m trying to find a home for the sweet corn, radishes, beets, carrots, and spinach, but I’m flat out of dirt. To keep me from losing my mind, Saundra is finally revealing the secret to her famous pound cake.

See the space crisis (and get the secret recipe) in the new video! 👇

Well, I messed up! 🤦‍♂️ In today’s new video, I had to deal with the messy reality of leaving our chicks in the brooder way too long. It got me thinking... we ALL make mistakes when we are learning to farm or homestead. What is the biggest lesson you’ve had to learn the hard way? 🤔 (Watch the new video to see my full brooder disaster!)
