The next part of 'The Gang Lord's Son' is officially out, along with the revelation of the next path to continue the story! If you haven't seen which path the crumpets chose, you can check out the new audio now!



But the time has come once more to decide again!


For clarification:
- The Gang Lord's Son is a CYOP (Choose Your Own Path) where you, the Listener, have a direct influence on an audio. Whenever a series requires a new part, a poll will be posted for you to choose how the story progresses.

- Every poll will move you closer to one ending, but you will be choosing a path.

- Due to how far we are in the story, three numbers now lead you closer to a particular ending. But every time, numbers are assigned AT RANDOM, so you won't know which path has been decided until the video is uploaded.

- After 72 hours, the highest number wins, and the story shall be written.

There are a few announcements I’d like to make in this post!

You’ll be spending Saturday 30th August with Elias! His audio will drop at the usual time of 3PM BST!
Also, Xanthus’ story will be continuing, as the writer’s block I had has officially been broken!

This year, I’ve reflected on the content I’ve made throughout my career and what more I could offer you all. I love what I do, and I believe I’m incredibly lucky to have such an amazing community to support me as I experiment and grow as a creator.

That’s why, over the next few months, expect to see some additions and changes as I start branching out to new endeavours!

- NAME CHANGE -
Gasp! After all these years, a name change?
I know, it’s scary. But worry not! To better reflect a VTuber persona currently in the works and to make myself more identifiable, my name will be… Saqu!
It’s pronounced exactly the same, but with a q!
The brand ‘ZSakuVA’ will still be associated with my audio content specifically, but outside of that, I will now be known as Saqu.

- WEBSITE -
A website is coming soon that will house previous and future content from the ZSakuVA channel and other creative pursuits! There will be detailed character profiles, untold histories, Patreon lore now available to the public, and more!
The website should be live on Monday 1st September @ 3PM BST, and I'll provide a link on all my socials when it's published!

- MERCH -
I have been working on merch for a long while (and have approved some samples), and the page to buy is currently being developed! In the meantime, the website will have a ‘Merch Interest’ page with a form I would love for you to fill out. Within will be some hints into what may be available to you in the coming months.

This year has been one of the hardest I’ve had to face, and through that, I’ve recognised how fortunate I am to not only do this for a living, but to have a community that both enjoys and anticipates what I create.

To all crumpets,

It breaks my heart writing this and that I must bring this news to all of you. My cat, Kimahri—the crumpet mascot—has passed. Words cannot convey how devastated we are to suffer another loss this year.


Kimahri was diagnosed with advanced kidney disease in the middle of May. Unfortunately, at his stage and quickly deteriorating health, he was untreatable (only medication and injections were viable in alleviating his symptoms), and in his last week, he was hiding from us. But my family and I kept him company and tried to make his remaining days as comfortable as possible. In the beginning, we knew we wouldn’t have a long time with Kimahri after the diagnosis, but we never anticipated how little time he actually had left.


It’s hard for me to process that he’s gone, but at least he isn’t suffering anymore and we could properly say goodbye. Kimahri is immortalised because of you—the community—who have made fanart, emotes, stickers, memes, and various other things. Thank you to those who pampered him through my Throne and PO box, and thank you all for loving him as much as I do.


I will need some time to grieve, and so I’ll be taking a small break from work.
