Happy New Year all!
Thanks for the support on the channel this year despite less consistent content due to a lack of crime/action games! 😅 Next year that changes with releases such as Samson: A Tyndalston Story, 007 First Light, Blackwood, new Yakuza spin-offs and the mighty GTA 6 to name a few. It's pretty safe to say crime games are back! Looking forward to sharing lots of new titles with you and some impressive GTA mods too.

Mafia: The Old Country has just been announced! 🔥
Being developed by Hanger 13, it will take place in the brutal underworld of 1900s Sicily. More info will be coming December this year. Planned for 2025 release!

The Getaway was released 20 years ago today on PS2! A gritty, open-world crime game set in a realistic, detailed recreation of central London (16 square kilometers in size), down to the real individual shops in the street! A very immersive title for it's time and I still love it!

Today marks the 25th Anniversary of the Grand Theft Auto series! The first GTA game was released on this day 25 years ago on PC. It's fair to say no one could have predicted the huge phenomenon the series would become today. Despite all its controversy it has gone on to become one the successful and critically acclaimed brands in all of entertainment.

On this day 15 years ago GTA Vice City Stories was released! One of my personal favorites bringing players back to a neon lit Vice City with more features such as the ability to swim, participate in gang turf wars and for the first time in GTA...ride jet skis! The game also brought back vehicles from San Andreas such as quad bikes, bicycles, hovercrafts and stunt planes!

On this day 20 years ago the mighty Grand Theft Auto 3 was released!
Probably one of the most influential game's of it's time and popularized the open-world genre. I don't think anyone could have predicted just how huge the "Grand Theft Auto" name would become.
A true classic and I look forward to revisiting it with the GTA Trilogy: Definitive Edition!

In honor of the upcoming GTA 3 anniversary, Rockstar Games have announced that all three classics will be coming to current generation platforms later this year in Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy – The Definitive Edition - and will feature across-the-board upgrades including graphical improvements and modern gameplay enhancements for all three titles!

I'll see you in Bright Falls on October 5th for the Alan Wake Remaster! One of my favourite supernatural/horror games and was developed by Remedy - the creators of Max Payne 1 and 2. I know it's not usually the type of game I upload, but as its a favourite of mine I thought I'd just go for it. I highly recommend playing it!

Today marks the 10th Anniversary of Driver: San Francisco, the latest main entry in the Driver series to date. The game received positive reviews and praise from both critics and fans and was a "return to form" for the series. It focused primarily on Hollywood movie-inspired car chases and spectacular crashes whilst taking a less gritty approach than the previous games in the series.
