You asked — we listened! 🚁

Several of you asked us to fly over the beaches near the Cancún resorts where you’ll be staying, and we managed to check a number of them. We’ll be including that footage in our next sargassum update!

And this time, we’re going beyond Cancún.

We spent a couple of days in Playa del Carmen and also visited Tulum, so our next update will show what the beaches looked like across Cancún, Playa del Carmen, and Tulum during the second half of July — including drone footage and some of the resort areas requested in your comments.

While we were in Tulum, we also filmed a separate practical guide showing how to visit the Tulum Archaeological Zone independently by bus, without booking a tour or renting a car. We’re currently working on both videos.

Hey Friends! All this time we've been working on our Magnum Opus: a mammoth of a video about Xcaret Park. It is being rendered as we post this, so fingers crossed!
