We've been doing a TON of work on our Edgewood House Flip! Demo is done, new ceilings are up, the laundry room has been gutted and the floor has been leveled, and we've been fixing the bedroom closets. The master bedroom now has the space of both of the previous closets in one, and we started to build the new closet in the other bedroom. Stay posted to see Part #1 of that Closet Build tomorrow!

Ya'll we had so much fun creating this beautiful covered porch with lights and a privacy wall for our friend! I've started calling some of Sonny's ideas, redneck renovations. But seriously, he's a genius! He suggested using a bean sprayer and a dust mop for staining the boards we used for the privacy wall. Of course, I also got stain all over me. Check out how awesome it turned out!

I shared some of my go-to tools that my mom and keep handy on the job site. These are the girl tools! Although, Sonny still steals some occasionally. 😋I thought I'd put a link to my favorite one. This three-in-one scraper is the bomb! I use it all the time since there is always old paint, grout, or gunk to be scraped off of our flips when they are in their "before" state.
