I bring philosophy into practice, making complex classic philosophical ideas accessible for a wide audience of professionals, students, and life-long learners. After a decade in traditional academic positions, I started my own business and began doing philosophical work in more practical contexts. I am an APPA-certified philosophical counselor, a public speaker, an author, an ethics trainer, and an executive coach (among other things!).

Had a great AMA session yesterday! One interesting question among many: "Are you excited about any of the works they're finding in the Herculaneum Scrolls? It's supposed to have a lot of epicurean texts and Chryssipus, but it's all incomplete fragments."

Had a great open house shift at Almost Home last night. Little tiny cuddler girl Candy went home with her adopters. Glad I got to say goodbye to her and see her off

Here's the second dialogue between Andi and I in The Stoic Heart Substack. We tell the story of some house hunting in a region and price range where each one we looked at was a bad fit, how we took a look at & talked out our desires, assumptions, & values stoicheart.substack.com/p/dialogue-2-dodging-a-bul…

Here's a paper I wrote for and presented at the 4th International St. Anselm Conference, and never got around to fully polishing and sending out for publication. I've added it to my Substack along with my other orphaned and unpublished papers
