Here is an important clarifyer and reminder regarding the true meaning of mental retardation in that mental retardation is not synonymous with idiocy, which includes a brief little overview of it's history, including a definition of what an intellectual developmental disorder is defined as being according to the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders: Fifth Edition Text Revision. (DSM-5-TR™) The term intellectual disability is a better descriptour of since the name of the disorder is clearer and does not focus on one small part of being intellectually disabled of neurodevelopmental delay. It makes more sense to me to call an intellectual disability this rather than by using another term such as mental retardation, you know what I mean?

Here is an important reminder of the historical pathologicisation of homosexuality, the debunkment of different misconceptions about homosexuality and queerness, and of the insanity of it still being legal to persecute and execute gay people.

Here are the brief basics and history of both the Old English runic Ƿ (/wʏn/) runestaff and the Latin letter W. Ƿ is one of many older and unfortunately now obsolete bookstaffs that I reckon we should ressurect for convenience's sake.

The two terms High- and Low-Functioning Autism Spectrum Disorder (H/L-FASD) are sometimes used to describe to what degree Autism Spectrum Disorder does and does not affect autistic people to from a scale of severe at level three, to moderate at level two, and mild at level one to indicate what the support needs are of these autistic people as defined in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders: Fifth Edition Text Revision. (DSM-V-TR)

People have this wierd misconception about people who have tic disorders about believing that they always have tics frequently, especially everyday, when they thankfully don’t. Thank goodness for that, by the way. Tic disorder symptoms, just like any other condition, are dynamic. So, in other words, someone could for instance have simple and or complex motor and or vocal tics frequently for the beginning four days of a week and have less simple and or complex tics for the remaining week, with the tics maybe even becoming more simple and far and few.

From the perspective of someone that has experienced the onset of tics since somewhere two years ago in early March of 2023, if my mind is not misremembering, I can attest to thankfully being able to live my life as usual without being bothered by any simple and or complex motor and or vocal tics of mine for several hours and days, especially as a result of being both distracted and focused on whatever it is I would be doing at the time. I have been meaning to eventually share this publically, but I haven’t known when or how I would like to do it in, so I reckon I might as well have it be done now that I am here.

For some reason I suddenly had this wierd simple motor tic one day that caused my head to quickly jolt backwards to my left side almost as if something had appeared to spook me from behind, or what have you. It's from here on that I would also begin to have other simple tics such as this one mouth popping vocal tic. I tried to first explain it away as just being a muscle spasm, but it’s evident, especially in retrospect, that there is something much more to it than that. It’s quite Frankly not enough to just attribute this as being some sort of weird muscle spasm rather than a motor tic. The one thing that makes this specific case of mine all the more strange and anomalous is not only the late adolescent onset at the age of 16, but also how it seems as if I am the only one in my family of five people to have a tic disorder. It still doesn’t make any sense to me, quite Frankly.
