Songs are soul food.

My goal is to make songs that are worth listening to.

These songs are either handwritten by me OR songs to help memorize Scripture, poems, and other worthy writings.

I’m a Christian, a husband, and a father. I wasn’t trying to start a YouTube channel; I just wanted a way for my kids to memorize more Scripture, so I made some songs and uploaded them so they could listen while I was at work. They loved them. Before I could make more I had to wait on copyright approval to be able to use the ESV, so I started writing my own songs. I’ve always been writing songs and poems, but I never considered myself a songwriter. I’m not sure if I am one, but here we are… and even more surprisingly, other people started listening. If you’ve stumbled upon this channel, I’m pumped, and I value your time—I’ll try not to waste it.

The word Renegade means to go against the grain, so I hope these songs are different and good food for your soul.
