In godzilla x kong the new empire, the only reason skar king has his whip is to command shimo, right? And if shimo does not follow skar kings commands, skar king will whip shimo. We have figured out shimo is fight godzilla against her own will, i have a prediction that skar king will get disarmed in a battle against kong and godzilla, kong, and shimo will team up and take down skar king, after skar king is dead shimo will be let free to roam the hollow earth just like the other titans, being godzilla and kongs Ally in the upcoming movies. Im on the oppinion that shimo is not as mean as we think.
