Look at this picture
It looks like the lower decks of an old sailing ship.
When we look at things we have to remember that we only see things from our perspective.
What’s the state of your MC or chapter?
From your perspective it might seem fine. You’re good so it’s good.
But you need to try and look at things from other’s perspective. This will give you a more accurate view of the situation.
Maybe you think your MC or Chapter is doing fine because it works for you but what about all those guys who feel they are not looked at as brothers? Why would they feel that way? You need to see things from their perspective.
