On the final day of our series I'll add a link to my website in the comments below DAY #31 so that you can stream this final class ad-free. I downloaded this class off of Youtube so the visual quality has been reduced from 4k to 1080p although the audio is still intact. I feel that it's important for this final day to be a nourishing experience free from distractions (advertisements).

It was recently brought to my attention that some of our community are experiencing ad interruptions midway throughout each class. I am not experiencing this as a creator when I participate in the videos. I looked into this and given the size of my present channel I am yet to reach the eligibility to be a part of the Youtube Partner Program. This means I am yet to change/control ad placements on my channel. Please let me know if you are presently receiving ads mid-video. I will look into trying to amend this. Thank you for your patience.

LIFE UPDATE:
It's summertime here in Quรฉbec and I am trying to find a balance between disconnecting from tech and roaming the great outdoors while simultaneously bulk filming classes for the year ahead. As some of you may know, Quรฉbec can indeed freeze over for up to six months of the year, depending on the winter season we receive, so now until October is my time to shine and get outside and create classes. The catch-22 is that this is also my favourite time of the year to go hiking and paddle-boarding and not be on my phone. I also usually have at least month's worth of classes banked up in my Youtube channel, on private, ready to publish in advance. Not the case right now! I'm yet to create the voice over for Monday's upcoming yoga class. I am practicing the art of detachment and being gentler towards myself. Rather than shaming myself for a perceived lack of 'organization' or an absence of 'planning ahead' I'm choose to just let go and enjoy the blessings I have to be able to move my body and get outside. Perhaps I'll create the classes in real-time from week-to-week. We'll see.
Anyway, for now, here are some photos from the L'Acropole-des-Draveurs hike I recently did at Parc national des Hautes-Gorges-de-la-Riviรจre-Malbaie in Quรฉbec. It was a pretty wild experience filming a yoga class up on this mountain. I hiked up around sunrise and was the only person there for about two hours before some crowds started to arrive. Teaser: this class will include handstands. I look forward to sharing it with you on Monday!

In saying this, August and September are such precious months here in Quรฉbec. I want to prioritize enjoying summer and the beauty and splendour of Mother Nature during this season of life. As I want to be involved in the series alongside our community, I won't publish our 31-Day Yoga and Mindfulness Challenge during these months as I envision much time frolicking in Nature, away from screens and digital devices. Hello Friends,
I'll be stepping away from Youtube next week. There'll be no class next Monday, although I'll have a nourishing and gentle yoga flow ready for you on Monday the 7th of July.
I'll be heading out into the backcountry of Quรฉbec this week, beyond the parameters of electricity or phone service. I'm looking forward to reconnecting with the beauty and splendour of Mother Nature and the great outdoors.

I know, personally, that I continuously get caught up in the inner conflicts of control and trying to forge outcomes, particularly in relation to my online business and trying to achieve certain levels of engagement and meet profit margins. When I get caught up in measuring these metrics, my inner frustrations and resistance to the flow of life begin to bleed out into my creations and, as a result, my crafts lose their brilliance and become more of a mechanistic production line rather than inspiration and nourishment for my soul.
I certainly havenโt mastered this act of surrender. I often find myself in this inner mental-emotional state of resistance. Although when I become aware of this state, I simply choose to soften and meet the experience with tenderness, compassion, and an open heart. I gently guide my focus to the breath, to stillness. There is usually an escapade out in Nature to support me in remembering my oneness with life, to support me in remembering that I am not in competition with anyone else, there is no rush, I havenโt missed out, there are beautifully aligned opportunities for all of us.
So if you find yourself resisting what is, I encourage you to return to the breath. If you are seeking solitude, support and serenity this is your sign to return to the source of life within.

The breath is our greatest teacher. With each inhalation we are blessed with the inflow of experience, spaciousness and creative possibility. With each exhalation we are reminded of our capacity to graciously and compassionately let go of circumstances. We are reminded that we can choose to receive the wisdom, love and nourishment life provides us with, all the while being okay to let these moments pass and evolve, from a space of peace, clarity and detachment.
